We booked this hotel at the last-minute and it was such a pleasant surprise, we loved it! The location is one stop away from Tokyo Station on the Sobu rapid line, Narita Express leaving from the same platform where you board the train - super convenient for going back to the airport, even with luggage - use Exit 1 at Shin-Nihonbashi station that has escalators. There is a ton of choices for dining and shopping around the hotel, but the area is very quiet at night. The hotel staff are kind and helpful - especially the young lady in a kimono at the information desk at the hotel entrance (street level - the front desk is on the 9th floor), who, in excellent English, helped me find last-minute gifts and restaurant options in the area. Our room (corner twin) was beautiful and stylish, with comfortable beds, a great view and enough space. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices (both Western and Japanese) and very helpful staff to assist with coffee machines (great coffee by the way!) and anything you need. We were truly impressed with our stay and would love to come back!

Room: The corner room was of a decent size. Very clean and free from any kind of smell. Tub was of good size as well. Breakfast: As we had informed way in advance, they catered halal meal/option that was separate from the main buffet, but we could still choose some from the mains. The manager was very diligent in helping us check and advice for every halal-ok option in the buffet. Location: Very close to the Ginza line, walking distance to most other lines. There are 7-11 and Family Mart at the base of hotel. Very convenient to reach Asakusa, Tsukiji.

The room was perfect size for my husband (6 ft 5) and I . We stayed for 10 nights with two full size suitcases. We found if you use the couch as an area for your clothes it was perfect! So much easier than getting In and out of luggage for 10 days. Rooms in Tokyo can be smaller than the US so we made it work perfectly for us. The Ginza train line is so close , you can get to it without even going outside (for those rainy days). I highly recommend getting the breakfast combo. Delicious! Staff are always happy to help and everything was so clean!

The hotel is brilliantly designed, modern and futuristic. The lobby is an inspirational place to get some work done and the all black slick furniture is a stunning reflection of Tokyo's ambience. Additionally the Onsen was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing and its long opening hours meant that you could take a relaxing dip after even the longest day in the city. The provided amenities for the Onsen were also brilliant and reflected the price.

The hotel is well positioned in the lovely town of Nihonbashi, with a few train lines within 5-10 minutes walking distance and a 7 Eleven just outside for all your daily needs. The rooms are well designed and the lobby is gorgeous. The onsen is very spacious and comfortable. Staff are very professional and will escort you outside to your taxi upon checkout.
